Qualifications

• DPT or MSPT/MPT/BPT from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Texas PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions.
• Develop individualized care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Perform evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Collaborate with patients, physicians, employers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in occupational medicine services including DOT-regulated physicals and testing.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, workplace ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
• Document patient care using the Raintree EMR platform; utilize Scribe AI to streamline documentation.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, typically ~50 visits per week for full-time outpatient clinicians.
