Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.
• Active and unrestricted California PA or NP license (or license in progress).
• BLS certification required.
• NRCME (DOT Medical Examiner) certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat occupational medicine patients in clinic and via telemedicine.
• Establishes and monitors appropriate level of care for patients.
• Completes all medical record documentation prior to end of shift.
• Collaborate with Medical Director to maintain standards of care.
• Identify growth opportunities for services within the Center.
• Meet with Medical Director to review patient care and policies.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and state regulations.
• Ensure efficient use of clinical systems for documentation and coding.
