Job summary

Agile Occupational Medicine is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our California centers, delivering quality occupational medicine care with leadership responsibilities.

The role involves clinic duties, staff coaching, and collaboration with medical leadership to maintain high standards of patient care. Compensation is $197,600 annually for a full-time schedule, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program and CA license.
• Unrestricted California PA/NP license (or license in progress).
• Active DEA registration required.
• Current BLS and AED certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• NRCME (DOT Medical Examiner) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assures licensing with all regulatory requirements.
• Evaluates and treats occupational medicine patients per practice model.
• Establishes and monitors appropriate level of care for center patients.
• Completes all medical record documentation prior to end of shift.
• Works with Center Medical Director to ensure standards of care and professional guidelines.
• Recommends growth opportunities for new or existing services within the Center.
• Maintains patient communication with quality and care standards.
