Job summary

ADP, Inc. in California seeks an experienced Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner to evaluate, treat, and manage work-related injuries and illnesses, and provide preventive care to employees.

You will collaborate with an Occupational Medicine Physician and health team to develop treatment plans, perform pre-employment exams, administer immunizations, and maintain accurate records while supporting wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• On-call overnight shifts and weekend availability required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with accurate patient records.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of occupational health regulations, workers' comp, and OSHA standards

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Conduct pre-employment and annual physicals.
• Administer immunizations and health screenings.
• Order and interpret diagnostics (x-rays, blood work).
• Prescribe medications and therapies.
• Educate patients on conditions, treatment options, and prevention.
• Develop treatment plans with the Occupational Medicine Physician and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
