Qualifications
- PA-C or NP designation (AANP/NCCPA)
- DEA license required
- CO license or eligibility
- BLS required
- Experience in occupational medicine or urgent care preferred
- DOT NRCME certification or within 6 months of start
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive occupational health services, including evaluations and treatments for work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Perform required exams and ensure compliance with relevant regulations for patients, employers, and payors.
- Coordinate care with a collegial team of occupational medicine providers and participate in mentoring new staff.
