Job summary

Agile Occupational Medicine is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our California-based medical team. You will provide high-quality occupational care, lead back-office staff, educate nursing staff and students, and help shape clinic operations across multiple CA locations.

The role requires state licensure (CA) for PA/NP, active DEA, BLS, NRCME or ability to obtain within 30 days, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA/NP program with CA license.
• Active DEA registration required.
• Current BLS and AED certification required.
• NRCME (DOT Medical Examiner) certification required or obtainable within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assures compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies.
• Evaluates and treats occupational medicine patients per Agile practice model.
• Establishes and monitors appropriate level of care for center patients.
• Completes medical record documentation prior to end of shift.
• Works with Medical Director to align with standards of care.
• Recommends growth opportunities for new or existing services.
