Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider with expertise in Occupational Medicine to lead outpatient care, including Workman’s Compensation cases and coordination with occupational health services.

A certified DOT provider and solid knowledge of regulatory requirements are preferred. Ideal candidate will hold a CNS or APRN master’s degree, Missouri or Kansas licensure, and national certification, with strong diagnostic and communication skills and the ability to

• APRN CNS master's degree or equivalent graduate program completed.
• Licensed in Missouri or Kansas with current recognition.
• Board certification by a recognized certifying body.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient occupational medicine care.
• Coordinate Workman’s Compensation cases with occupational health services.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care team; no call requirement.
• Maintain flexibility with PRN schedule and supportive physician team.
