Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Current registration/license in the state where employed.
• Continuing education is required to maintain license and to perform job.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam room and assist practitioner.
• Draw blood and prepare laboratory paperwork.
• Perform urine drug screens and ensure proper custody.
• Maintain exam, lab, and treatment rooms and inventory.
• Assist in medical records and protect confidentiality.
• Front office duties: check-in/check-out and record processing.
• Dispense medications as directed by practitioner.
• Maintain clinical equipment and calibrations.
• Perform ancillary testing (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws).
