Job summary

Mercy Medical Center in Lutherville is hiring an Occupational Health Registered Nurse for a full-time, Monday–Friday day shift based at our Occupational & Employee Health practice. Parking is free at this location.

The Occupational Health RN will triage work-related injuries, monitor clinic flow, schedule referrals, educate patients, and support medical assistant staff.

Requires Maryland RN license, CPR, Bachelor's in Nursing, and 1+ year experience in ER or occupational health setting.

Qualifications

• MD RN licensure required
• CPR certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school required
• 1+ year experience in emergency, occupational health, or related setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Triaging patients with work-related injuries.
• Monitoring clinic flow to ensure timely care.
• Referral scheduling and authorizations.
• Patient education and coaching.
• Support for medical assistant staff.
• Other duties as assigned by management and clinical supervisors
