Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Occupational Health Program Manager to develop, implement, and continuously improve health programs across operations. You will ensure regulatory compliance, reduce health risks, and leverage data-driven strategies to protect worker health.

The role requires mobility and occasional travel for training and meetings. The position offers a generous compensation package with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health or related field required.
  • 5-8 years of occupational health or EHS experience in industrial or construction environments.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and occupational health standards; CSP/CIH or equivalent.
  • Experience leading programs, audits, and investigations.
  • Data analytics or AI-enabled tools preferred.
  • Mobility within work environments, lifting up to 20 pounds, travel for meetings and training.

Job description

The Occupational Health Program Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of occupational health programs across operations. The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.
