Job summary

Army National Guard Units seeks a Nursing (Occupational Health) professional under a Title 5 excepted service position for the ME MEDCOM, National Guard. The role requires expertise in managing occupational health care delivery systems, planning and executing state occupational health programs, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• High degree of analytical ability and specialized knowledge of occupational health care delivery systems.
• 12 months experience in one of medical service core functions: health facilities, health plan management, medical resources, health care information, management and information technology, medical logistics, and medical readiness.
• Experience briefing senior leaders on related subjects is required.
• Working knowledge of occupational health standards of practice; preventive medicine concepts and contingency plans is preferred.
