The Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) is responsible for providing Occupational Health Services (OHS) in a comprehensive occupational health program. In this position, the occupational health nurse will provide clinical, case management, and administrative services.
The program is expected to comply with BMS Corporate Policies and Directives as well as federal and state occupational health and safety regulations and laws.
The position will be primary located at the Bothell, Washington site but will be expected to routinely support the Seattle, Washington site as needed, up to 50% of the time. The position will report directly to Senior Manager Occupational Health.
The OHN is expected to work closely with other OH team members as well as the global well-being lead, EHSS, and contingent parties providing OHS.
Compensation Overview: Bothell - WA - US: $106,870 - $129,502 The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities. We determine starting pay thoughtfully – carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring. Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws.
