Premise Health in Bristol, TN seeks a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse to care for employees and dependents in a health center. Schedule is 34 hours per week with varied early hours and opportunities to perform phlebotomy and front desk tasks.

The role emphasizes direct patient care, documentation, and collaboration with providers. Occupational health and Epic experience are a plus, with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualificações

• Graduate of NLN-accredited program or equivalent.
• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• At least three years of clinical experience in ambulatory/occupational health or ED.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care and collaborate with healthcare providers.
• Perform and document medications, wound care, specimens per orders.
• Maintain medical equipment and infection control procedures.
• Maintain patient health records and ensure accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
