Job summary
Premise Health is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the Irvine Occupational Health Center. You will oversee daily operations, staff, and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality care to client employees.

Qualifications
- RN licensed in state of practice (California)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 3+ years in the medical field
- 2–3 years of management experience
- Experience accessing infection prevention standards (CDC/WHO/APIC) preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, staff, and workflow in the health center
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management of RN/LPN and support staff
- Balance patient care with clinical supervision and technical duties
- Monitor patient flow, utilization, and access to services
- Lead infection control efforts and ensure regulatory compliance
- Communicate policies and coordinate with client representatives and teams
- Complete incident reports and support investigations and resolutions
- Maintain accurate patient health records and documentation
- Identify process improvements and drive workflow efficiencies
