Reporting directly to plant leadership, the Occupational Health & Safety Officer will oversee all workplace health, safety, environmental, and compliance initiatives within the manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs that promote regulatory compliance, minimize workplace risks, and foster a strong culture of safety throughout the organization. The Occupational Health & Safety Officer will work closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, human resources, and production leadership to support safe work practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance efforts throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong OSHA knowledge, manufacturing safety experience, and a hands‑on leadership approach within a fast paced production environment.
