We are seeking an experienced and passionate Occupational, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the EHS team, located in El Segundo, CA.This individual will lead, develop and integrate our EHS strategy.
You will play a critical role shaping our safety culture, supporting site growth, and driving initiatives to ensure a safe and sustainable workplace.
The role will foster and embed Boeing's values in Safety and Quality, People Focus, Trust, Ownership, and Innovation to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
The Occupational, Health and Safety Specialist will lead implementation and continuous improvement of EHS programs, ensuring compliance with local and state regulatory requirements and Boeing standards. This role acts as the local EHS focal point, partnering with operational leadership and production teams to reduce risks, prevent injuries, and promote a strong safety culture across the site.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
