  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum with a Bachelors or Masters degree with certification in occupational therapy or foreign-trained equivalent.
License, Certification, Registration
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire
  • Basic Life Support required at hire from American Heart Association
Additional Requirements
  • Current CA Occupational Therapy License OR License eligibility letter prior to the first day of employment.
  • Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Notes
  • Will treat both IP and OP Neurologic and Orthopedic conditions including, but not limited to, hand, wrist, and elbow
  • Possibly Sundays if operations require
  • Per Diem work at all OC IP and OP locations seeing adult neurologic and orthopedic populations and able to treat hand therapy patients upon hire
