This role requires engaging with an interdisciplinary team, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and using standard office software. A CA OT license or license eligibility and BLS are required; per diem shifts offer flexible hours.

Exercises independent judgment for clinical decision-making and prepares all documentation required to support all aspects of patient care provided. Knowledge of standard office equipment (i.e., calculator, fax, photocopier) and personal computer and computer software skills (i.e., MS Windows, Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint, internet, e-mail).
