Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license or multi-state license required or ability to obtain before start.
• AHA/BLS provider training required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and ongoing; plan and document care.
• Educate patients and families based on factors and barriers to learning.
• Coordinate and reevaluate patient care with multidisciplinary team.
• Assign and delegate nursing tasks according to patient needs and staff capabilities.
• Maintain safety in care delivery and accurate documentation.
