Job summary

OSF HealthCare in Illinois is seeking a Registered Nurse to protect, promote and restore health while collaborating with providers and the care team to coordinate care across the continuum. The role requires an active IL RN license, BLS, and at least 6 months of RN experience; a BSN is preferred and proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office is expected.

Travel between sites is required. The position offers hourly pay ranging from $31.67 to $47.47, with a sign-on bonus eligibility and upfront

Qualifications

• Active IL Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification for health care providers
• BSN degree preferred
• 6 months experience as an RN in a healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Protect, promote and restore health and wellness at the highest licensure level
• Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary care team for care coordination across the continuum
• Assess and support physical symptoms; provide psychological support to patients and families
• Mentor assigned team members and promote best practices
