Job summary

University of Tennessee in Knoxville seeks an OB Hospitalist to join a premier academic medical center. You will teach OB/GYN residents and fellows while delivering high-acuity obstetric care in a Level IV setting, supported by a collaborative team.

Flexible scheduling with 7 24-hour shifts or 12-hour shifts per month for full-time, plus a strong compensation package, tail coverage, relocation assistance, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Academic appointment or willingness to teach OB/GYN residents and fellows.
• Experience in obstetrics hospitalist care preferred.
• Familiarity with Level IV Maternal-Fetal Care, NICU and trauma center is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Teach OB/GYN residents and fellows within an academic hospital setting.
• Provide high-acuity obstetric care as part of a multidisciplinary OB Hospitalist team.
• Collaborate with MFM physicians to optimize patient outcomes.
