Job Opportunity: Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician

With an emphasis on consultative high-risk pregnancy care, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced genetic counselors and sonographers, while handling patient needs in a supportive and advanced practice setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide maternal-fetal medicine consultations for high-risk pregnancies.
• Conduct ultrasound readings; perform no deliveries or surgeries.
• Manage patient caseload with approximately 10-14 encounters per shift.
• Deliver outpatient care in a clinical environment.
• Coordinate with genetic counselors and sonographers on-site.
• Respond to beeper calls as needed; maintain a call response time of 45 minutes.
• Seek temporary hospital privileges and adhere to facility protocols.

Qualifications:

• Board certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine required.
• Completion of a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
• Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare providers.
• Capability to read and interpret ultrasounds accurately.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active medical license preferred but not required for this position.
• Must hold a valid board certification or be board eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
