Envision Physician Services is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Medical Director for a physician-led Hospitalist program with Medical City Plano in Plano, Texas. Opportunity Highlights:

• Full-time leadership position with an annual stipend
• Clinical hours: only 6 (six) 24-hour shifts per month

Opportunity Details:

• Annual deliveries: approximately 2,700, with less than 10% covered by Envision OBGYN Hospitalist
• Level III NICU
• Subspecialty coverage includes Neonatology, MFM, and Anesthesia
• ABOG Board certification required
• Leadership experience preferred
• High-risk obstetrics training and 5+ years post-residency clinical experience required

Responsibilities of Medical Director include:

• Clinical patient care and in-house responsibilities: delivery room, triage, full-spectrum OBGYN hospitalist work
• Physician scheduling
• Ensuring safe, quality patient care for the physician team
• Liaison between hospital and Envision
• Attending meetings as necessary
