Lewis County Health System is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN to help complete the rebuild of our Women s Health Service in Lowville, New York. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, hospital-employed practice and play a key role in shaping the future of women s healthcare in a close-knit rural community.

We are looking for a physician who values leadership, teamwork, and high-quality patient care, with a strong interest in surgical and procedural work.

Practice Overview

• Join 2 Board-Certified OB/GYN physicians with the need for one additional provider
• Supported by 1 outpatient Nurse Practitioner, allowing physicians to focus on surgical and procedural care
• Full-scope OB/GYN practice with active surgical volume
• Opportunity to help rebuild and grow a vital Women s Health program

Compensation & Incentives

• Very competitive base salary up to $628,000 (full-time)
• $50,000 sign-on and/or relocation bonus
• RVU productivity bonus paid quarterly
• 100% of wRVU value over MGMA 75th percentile benchmark
• Threshold: 2,305 wRVUs per quarter
• Call coverage: 10 days per month
• Additional $1,500 per call day for any coverage beyond 10 days in a month

Clinical Volume

• Obstetric volume:
• 150 projected annual deliveries for 2025
• Goal to increase to 220+ deliveries in 2026
• Scheduled surgical block time 2 days per week
• Additional OR access for urgent and emergent cases
