Job summary

Atrium Health Women’s Care Northeast OB/GYN in Concord/Harrisburg/Kannapolis seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join a thriving practice with 9 physicians and 4 APPs. Expect full spectrum OB/GYN care, including IUDs and EMB procedures, with strong team collaboration and onboarding support.

The practice handles ~100 deliveries monthly at Cabarrus NICU; NC licensure, BLS, and DEA/DPS registrations are required to start.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years APP experience in Women’s Health.
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program; Master's degree preferred for PA track.
• Master’s degree in Nurse Practitioner's program and current NP license if pursuing NP path.
• Current NC Medical Board license and NCCPA certification or NP board certification required.
• BLS/CPR, DEA and DPS registrations needed to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum OBGYN and Women’s Health care.
• Perform IUD, Nexplanon, EMB procedures.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and APPs to manage patient care.
• Support high-volume maternity services with deliveries at Cabarrus NICU.

Atrium Health Women’s Care Copperfield OBGYN is actively seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our thriving practice. Northeast OB/GYN is an established practice consisting of 9 physicians, and 4 APPs.

Position Overview

• Established OBGYN practice with 3 locations
• Full spectrum of OBGYN and Women’s Health conditions
• IUD, Nexplanon, EMB procedures
• Averages 100 monthly deliveries at Atrium Health Cabarrus, Level IV NICU

Team & Support Structure

• 9 Physicians, and 4 APPs

Qualifications

• Minimum Education and Experience Required: 3-5 years of APP experience
• Women’s Health Experience

Physician Assistant (PA) Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program; Master's Degree preferred
• Current North Carolina Medical Board Medical License, Certified by NCCPA
• Current American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to start.
• Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration, for prescription writing is required to start.

Nurse Practitioner (NP) Requirements:

• Graduation from accredited Nurse Practitioner Master's Program, Master’s degree or higher required
• Current North Carolina Board of Nursing Registered NurseandNurse Practitioner license
• Board certified as a Nurse Practitioner by AANP or ANCC
• Current American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to start.
• Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration, for prescription writing is required to start.
