Weatherby Healthcare is recruiting for a locum tenens OB/GYN position in Sterling, Illinois. The role covers call and clinic duties in a hospital setting, with ongoing coverage potential and competitive compensation.

You will work outpatient and inpatient shifts, with generous support from Weatherby’s consultants. Expect a schedule that includes 24/7 call coverage and a typical clinic flow of 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, along with substantial patient volumes and delivering at a facility network

• Call coverage available -- 24hr or night shifts (7pm - 7am)
• Clinic hours M - F, 8am - 5pm
• 15 - 18 patients per day in the clinic
• Approximately 1.5 births per day
• Outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital setting
• Ongoing coverage potential
• Weekend phone call coverage expected
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
