Memorial Physician Practices is looking for a skilled OB/GYN to join their team in Kennewick, WA. This position offers a full-scope practice alongside a supportive staff, hospital rounding for deliveries, and a favorable call rotation. Job description

Position Details

• Full scope practice - joining 2 other OB/GYNs and full support staff

• Clinic Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

• Hospital Rounding: 30-60 minutes daily for Labor & Delivery and postpartum patients

• Call Rotation: Currently 1:3 or better

  • Around 7 call days per month, with about 75% likelihood of being called in

• Deliveries & Volume:

  • ~68 deliveries/month

  • Procedural Competency:

    • Comfortable with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and GYN surgery

    • TOLAC/VBAC experience required

• Technology & Tools:

  • Robotics available

  • Ultrasound, NST monitoring, fetal dopplers

  • EMR: Athena (clinic) / Paragon (hospital)

• Staffing & Care Model: You'll work alongside a team committed to both technical proficiency and compassionate support. Cross‑trained nursing staff practicing couplet care - so moms and babies receive seamless, coordinated care together.
