Medical City Healthcare in Waycross, GA is seeking a physician to join a well-established Obstetrics and Gynecology practice. You will provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, collaborate with two NPs and one full-time OBGYN (with a PRN physician), and participate in call rotations up to 10 days per month.

The hospital supports growth in GYN services and has expanding birthing facilities. Opportunity to grow OB/GYN services with strong referral base and hospital resources including 10 mother/baby

Formación

• Board certified or eligible in OBGYN.
• License to practice in Georgia or eligible to obtain.
• Current, unrestricted DEA registration.
• Robotically trained is a plus.
• Collaborate effectively with NPs and fellow physicians.

Responsabilidades

• Provide obstetrics and gynecology care.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and physicians.
• Participate in call schedule and on-call coverage.

About Opportunity

Practice is supported by 2 Nurse Practitioners, 1 full time OBGYN and 1 PRN OBGYN physician

Call is shared amongst the providers in the group

Call up to 10 call days per month

Strong referral base

Ability to see both OB and GYN patients - opportunity to grow more GYN in the practice if desired

Hospital has 10 mother / baby rooms - expanding to 13

5 LDR rooms with 2 Triage rooms

Qualified Candidates

Board certified or eligible in OBGYN

Robotically trained a plus

Have a current, or be able to obtain an unrestricted license to practice in Georgia - not subject to any restrictions, probationary terms or conditions

No history of license to practice being revoked, restricted or suspended by any professional licensing agency in any state or jurisdiction

Have current, unrestricted DEA registration
