AMN Healthcare is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician for locum tenens coverage in Santa Rosa, California. The role involves 24-hour in-house call shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM, with available dates through January 2027 and ongoing, approximately 5–10 shifts per month.

Candidates must be Board Certified, hold an active State Medical License and a DEA license, and be comfortable with inpatient OB/GYN coverage, labor and delivery, obstetric emergencies, and cesarean sections.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in OB/GYN.
• Active State Medical License and DEA required.
• Experience with Epic EMR is preferred.

This facility is seeking a Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: 24-Hour In-House Call (8:00 AM - 8:00 AM); dates available November 2026 through January 2027 and ongoing; approximately 5-10 shifts per month

Practice Setting: Inpatient; OB Hospitalist coverage only

Types of Cases: Labor and Delivery, Obstetric Emergencies, Obstetric and Gynecologic Inpatient Consultations, Cesarean Sections, Family Medicine and Certified Nurse Midwife delivery backup, Emergency Department OB/GYN coverage

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic

Certifications Required: Board Certified

Licensure Required: Active State License and Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
