AMN Healthcare is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician for locum tenens support in Tennessee. The position features a 5 on / 10 off rotation with 24-hour inpatient call, and the unit will operate with new equipment after reopening.

Expect 50-70 deliveries monthly prior to closing, with a call-intensive schedule. The candidate must be board eligible, hold Tennessee licensure, and maintain required life support certifications.

Qualifikationen

• Board-eligible OB/GYN with US licensure in good standing.
• Inpatient obstetric and gynecology coverage with call responsibilities.
• Familiarity with obstetric procedures and high/low risk pregnancies.

Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician

StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $1746.00 - $1890.00

This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Provider will be working a 5 on, 10 off rotation, inpatient call required. you will be working with two employed physicians on this rotation. This hospital OB program is restarting back after closing 2 years ago. The unit will be new with new equipment.

? The shift is 24hr call and the average deliveries prior to closing was 50-70 per month

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 5 on / 10 off rotation; call-only coverage with inpatient call required.


• Practice Setting: Inpatient.


• Types of Cases: Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) coverage including low and high-risk pregnancies, fetal heart rate interpretation, Obstetricsultrasounds, vaginal deliveries, Cesarean sections, complicated deliveries, breech deliveries, multiple births, Vaginal Birth After Cesarean, gynecologic procedures, and major operative gynecologic surgery.


• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days.


• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic


• Certifications Required: Must be Board Eligible, Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)


• Licensure Required: Active Tennessee license
