Kadlec Clinic is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join a supportive and highly collegial team in Richland, Washington.

This opportunity offers a flexible 4- or 5-day work schedule, allowing providers to tailor their practice to either a more balanced lifestyle or a higher production model, depending on their preferences. The role includes a mix of clinic and surgical time, with access to two DaVinci robotic systems for those interested in maintaining an active surgical practice.

Providers will also benefit from access to an ASC, a Perinatal Center, and a Fertility Clinic, supporting a comprehensive scope of practice. Kadlec's OB-GYN program is well-established and busy, with more than 2,700 deliveries annually. • Full-time position
• 4, 10-hour shifts or 5, 8-hour shifts schedule; Monday to Friday
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
• Call is 6 days per month

• Compensation is between $375,745 and $487,670 per year

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
