Job summary

Trinity Health Mount Carmel is seeking an OB Technician to support surgical teams in obstetric procedures. The role works under an RN and emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care across physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.

Responsibilities include preparing for deliveries and assisting post‑operative recovery. Ideal candidates are graduates of Surgical Tech programs with strong communication skills and current BLS certification, ready to join a mission-driven health system

Shift Description: In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the OB Technician, under the direction of an RN, will provide defined treatments, procedures and general patient care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person’s physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. Functions within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the organization.
