Job summary

LifeBridge Health's Sinai Hospital in Baltimore is seeking a skilled Sonographer specialized in obstetric ultrasound to support perinatology services and assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. You will perform level 1–3 obstetric scans, fetal echocardiography and NT; prepare preliminary reports, educate patients, and ensure complete clinical history.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited ultrasound program, RDMS in OB/GYN and CPR; two years of Sonography

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound program listed on the CAAHEP website.
• RDMS in OB/GYN certification required; CPR/BLS as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Obstetric ultrasounds varying in complexity (level 1 to level 3).
• Produce legible preliminary reports for perinatologist.
• Explain procedures and ensure adequate clinical history for correlation.
• Educate patients about exams and alleviate anxiety.
