Legends is seeking an Observatory Ambassador at One World Observatory in New York City. This part-time role centers on delivering memorable guest experiences and guiding visitors through the observatory’s offerings in a dynamic, interactive setting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year of guest-facing hosting experience, with bonus points for multilingual skills or sign language.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in assigned areas.
• Ensure the safety of our guests while on tour or in assigned areas.
• Provide a high level of customer service by engaging guests, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing service to ensure a great experience.
• Retaining learned knowledge and subsequently share it with guests by providing operational answers (e.g., observatory layout, experience locations) to all inquiries.
• Performing and presenting information in a concise, audible manner to guests—speaking loudly, clearly, and having a commanding presence.
• Perform other duties as necessary or as required by management
