Ideal candidates hold a Kansas RN license, are prepared to obtain BLS and ACLS within 6 months, with PALS preferred, and bring strong organizational and interpersonal skills to a collaborative hospital environment.

Qualificações

• Licensed RN in Kansas with current license and CEU requirements.
• BLS and ACLS certification within 6 months; PALS preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a like-size facility preferred.
• Highly organized, able to work in a team and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct and individualized nursing care to assigned patients.
• Delegates tasks to nursing team as appropriate.
• Documents and executes physician orders per policy.
• Administers medications and records administration.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in discharge planning and ongoing assessment.
