Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyzes patient information to determine nursing diagnoses and care plans.
• Monitors patient progress and applies interventions to ensure outcomes.
• Promotes health and maintains a safe environment.
• Supports unit operations and adapts to changing care needs.
