Job summary

SpaceXSI is building a Super Intelligence stack to help humanity understand the universe. The Software Engineering team keeps datacenters running at scale for frontier AI training and inference, building observable, reliable infrastructure.

You will design data ingestion pipelines, build dashboards, and operate multi-service production systems to enable uptime, predictive alerting, and site-wide risk management. This role requires on-site collaboration and on-call readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of professional software development or 5+ years without a degree.
• Programming experience in Python, Rust, C++, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Ownership of correctness-sensitive systems with real-world impacts.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, fault-tolerant data ingestion pipelines for real-time telemetry.
• Develop frontend visualizations and dashboards for operators and planners.
• Build multi-service production systems to enable reliability and risk management.
• Maintain stacks including UI, APIs, data pipelines, auth, and on-call components.
• Drive automation to reduce manual monitoring and improve anomaly detection.
• Ensure tools are reliable with uptime, data integrity, and safe deploys.
• Work with users on-site to gather feedback and improve GPU uptime.
• Deep-dive into operational problems and apply first-principles thinking.
