Jackson Physician Search is assisting a newly renovated Level III Trauma Center near Spokane, WA with recruiting an OB/GYN. You will balance clinic and hospital-based duties in a modern Women’s Center that handles nearly 1,000 deliveries annually and features a dedicated C‑section suite and Da Vinci robotics.

The position offers a 4‑day work week, flexibility in OB/GYN mix, strong support, and opportunities to tailor your scope while benefiting from comprehensive compensation packages.

Compensation Highlights

• $470,000 starting base salary plus quality and wRVU incentives.
• Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus
• $200,000+ student loan repayment
• Up to $3,000/month residency stipend.
