A Texas Gulf Coast OB/GYN private practice is seeking a BE/BC Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join a physician-led, independent group with a supportive culture. The position offers a balanced OB/GYN mix, a 4.5-day workweek, and dedicated OR block time Monday through Wednesday mornings.

With about 120 deliveries per month and 3–4 GYN surgeries weekly, this private practice provides NextGen in clinic, Epic at the hospital, on-site imaging, and strong L&D support.

Job description

A well-established, physician-led OB/GYN private practice on the Texas Gulf Coast is adding a BE/BC Obstetrician-Gynecologist. For 30+ years the group has cared for local families, and strong demand means a new physician can build a full panel quickly. The practice is independent of the hospital system, with a close culture where partners cover for one another.

The Opportunity:

• Balanced OB/GYN mix with a 4.5-day workweek
• Dedicated OR block time Monday through Wednesday mornings
• About 120 deliveries a month for the group; 3 to 4 GYN surgeries per physician per week
• NextGen in clinic, Epic at the hospital; on-site mammography, ultrasound and lab
• Office connects by skywalk to the hospital, a one-minute walk to L&D
• Level IV Maternal designation, Level III NICU, tenured L&D nurses and OB hospitalist support
• 1:7 home call, practice patients only, no ED call, light clinic on post-call day
• Guaranteed base salary + sign-on bonus, partnership track
• PTO, malpractice coverage
