Jackson Physician Search is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician for a large for-profit hospital system in San Antonio. The role offers a high earning potential with a compensation package starting around $400,000 or more, with no explicit salary ceiling and flexible scheduling including administrative time.

This full-time position includes CME assistance of $5,000 per year plus 5 days, 25 PTO days (excluding CME), comprehensive health benefits, 401K and disability coverage.

Job description

• Large for-profit hospital system with multiple facility sites offering 5 different OBG practices, either hospital employed or private practice.
• Level 4 NICUs available
• Compensation package gives physician expectations of 400K or better, unlimited ceiling
• Flexibility in week to manage schedule including administrative time provided
• $5,000 in CME a year and 5 days. 25 PTO days not inclusive of CME.
• Health insurance, 401K, short term/long term disability
