The position offers a 4.5 day work week, experienced support staff, access to robotic surgery, Level 3 NICU, 1:5 call, J1/H1B eligibility, strong autonomy, ample compensation with a 3-year guarantee + WRVUs, relocation and sign-on bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
