UPMC Magee-Womens in Central Pennsylvania is seeking a dynamic OBGYN Program Director to lead our clinical services, while shaping the next generation of OBGYN physicians. This role combines patient care with resident education in a top-tier health system located in Central PA.

The Program Director will oversee a 4-year residency, collaborate with the broader UPMC network, and contribute to ongoing education, mentorship, and program growth within a supportive, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 4-year OBGYN residency program with 4 residents per class.
• Based at our North Harrisburg practice—the primary teaching site for residents.
• Manage approximately 600 deliveries annually and oversee high-volume obstetric care.
• Work in a state-of-the-art L&D unit that supports maternal-fetal medicine and educational programs.
• Collaborate with UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital in Pittsburgh to advance clinical services.

About the Role:

• Lead a 4-year OBGYN residency program with 4 residents per class
• Based at our North Harrisburg practice _ the primary teaching site for residents
• Practice averages 600 deliveries annually; hospital averages nearly 4,000
• Work in a state-of-the-art L&D unit (opened in 2019)
• Baby-Friendly designated and recognized by Becker\'s Hospital Review as a top maternity hospital
• Access to a brand-new Level III NICU and full specialty support (MFM, reproductive medicine, urogynecology, gynecologic oncology)
