Qualifications

• MD or DO required and board certification/eligibility in OB/GYN.
• Must have completed residency or fellowship in OB/GYN.
• Utah medical license required.

• Collaborate with hospital teams to ensure high-value, quality care.
• Maintain licensure and meet credentialing requirements.
