Job summary

Pacific Companies, Inc. is seeking an OB/GYN to join a physician-led, not-for-profit health system along Florida's Gulf Coast.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team and have opportunities to teach, mentor, and pursue future leadership roles within a growing community hospital. The role offers a 4.5-day clinic schedule, dedicated OR day, 24/7 OB hospitalists, and involvement with a new pediatric healthcare expansion, including a Level III NICU and residency programs.

Qualifications

• Board-certified OB/GYN with Florida medical license or eligibility.
• Experience in obstetric and gyynologic care across the spectrum.
• Willingness to teach and mentor residents and nurses.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care in a hospital setting.
• Teach and mentor residents and staff within the department.
• Participate in on-call rotation and labor/delivery coverage.
• Utilize Da Vinci Xi robotic surgery for suitable cases.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
