Job summary

Enterprise Medical Recruiting represents a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in southeast Massachusetts seeking an OB/GYN physician to join a large practice.

Join eight OB/GYN physicians, three nurse practitioners, and two certified nurse midwives to deliver balanced obstetric and gynecologic care across ambulatory sites and hospital settings.

Qualifications

• Be part of a team of OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice staff.
• Four clinical days per week: ambulatory practice sites, one surgery/Labor floor day, one administrative day.
• Call is on average two 24-hour in-house shifts per month.
• Provide comprehensive care with 50% Ob/Gyn and potential to specialize.
• Perform laparoscopic procedures.
• Well-staffed office with on-site laboratory and Radiology services, plus outpatient procedural space.
• Labor and delivery team manages over 1,300 deliveries per year.
• Maternal-Newborn Pavilion offers a private surgical suite and Level II Special Care Nursery with 24/7 in-house Anesthesia and Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in OB/GYN and gynecology across ambulatory and hospital settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality of care.
• Assist in laparoscopic procedures and obstetric surgeries as needed.
• Participate in on-call coverage and after-hours responsibilities.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.

Job description

A not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in southeast Massachusetts is adding an OBGYN Physician. The system provides a wide range of services, including primary care, specialty care, urgent care, and hospital-based treatment through its network of physicians and facilities. With over 150 doctors across multiple locations, it emphasizes coordinated, team-based care and advanced medical technology to improve patient outcomes.

About the Opportunity

• Join a team of 8 OB/GYN Physicians, 3 nurse practitioners, 2 certified nurse midwives
• Four clinical days per week - three in ambulatory practice sites, one surgery/Labor floor day, and one administrative day
• Call is on average two, 24-hour in house shifts per month
• Back up call is divided evenly, 1:8-1:9
• Provide excellent patient care with an emphasis on safety and quality
• Manage 50% Ob/50% Gyn cases, with option to specialize
• Perform laparoscopic procedures
• Well-staffed office with on-site laboratory and Radiology services, as well as outpatient procedural space
• Exceptional Labor and delivery team manages over 1,300 deliveries per year
• Maternal-Newborn Pavilion offers a private surgical suite and a Level II Special Care Nursery with 24/7 in-house Anesthesia and Pediatrics

Compensation/Benefits

• Sign-on and Relocation bonus available
• Base salary for two years then wRVU with production and quality based compensation

• Time off up to 24 days plus one week of CME and holidays
