Job summary

Inova OB/GYN is seeking dedicated physicians (DO/MD) to join our team across 13 locations in Northern Virginia. We offer a large, nationally recognized obstetric program with access to cutting-edge technology and clinical trials.

Positions include full time, part time and PRN opportunities at facilities like Inova Alexandria, Fairfax, Fair Oaks and Loudoun. Competitive compensation with RVU incentives and comprehensive benefits accompany a physician-led environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
• Board eligible or board certified in OBGYN.
• Successful completion of Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN practice.
• Conduct regular gynecologic exams.
• Provide prenatal, perinatal, and postnatal care.
• Manage labor and delivery processes.
• Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions.
• Maintain a consultative relationship with multidisciplinary team.

OB/GYN Physician Job Responsibilities:

• Physicians in this role function as OB/GYN Generalists
• Inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN practice

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution. Board eligible or board certified in OBGYN.
• Experience:successful completion of Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.
• Licensure:Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia
• Payor Credentialing: Ability to successfully complete the credentialing process by third-party payors and Ability to enrolled as a CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor
• Medical Staff Credentialing: Successful completion of credentialing for Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges sufficient to perform all required services
