Advocate Health is seeking an OBGYN physician to join our Charlotte, NC practice. This role offers an established patient panel, regular call coverage, and collaboration with MFM, GYN ONC, Urogyn, REI, and Pediatric/Adolescent Gynecology teams at a well-respected health system.

We provide a competitive base salary tied to RVU production and quality incentives, plus a signing bonus. EPIC EMR is used, with access to robotic and laparoscopic capabilities to support patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• North Carolina medical license or eligible to obtain one.
• Supportive of physicians with RVU-based compensation and quality incentives.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients.
• Deliveries and gynecologic procedures per clinical judgment and patient needs.
• Collaborate with MFM, GYN ONC, Urogyn, REI, and Pediatric/Adolescent Gynecology teams.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
