Unified Women's Healthcare in Chesapeake, Virginia is seeking a Full Time OB/GYN to join their established practice, TotalCare for Women. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to women, benefit from excellent mentorship, and enjoy the support of a large network.

This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a $60K signing bonus and various benefits, ensuring a great work-life balance with a manageable call schedule.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with completion of accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• State medical license and board certification in OB/GYN.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive women's healthcare including prenatal, delivery, and postnatal care.
• Participate in shared call and provide inpatient care as necessary.

Overview

Unified Women's Healthcare is the leading national platform for women's healthcare. Our affiliated practice TotalCare for Women, part of the Mid-Atlantic Women's Care Network is seeking a Full Time OB/GYN.

Practice Highlights

• Well established practice with a great team of experienced physicians
• Excellent mentorship available to new graduates
• Practice consists of 3 OB/GYNs 4 CNMs & 1 NP
• Patient census: 20‑25/day - approximately 60 births per month
• Fantastic work/life balance: Call schedule 1:4 [one call a week, 5 weekends a year] - shared weekend call with 11 physicians with surrounding practices - all call is triaged through CNMs/Laborist
• Affiliated with Chesapeake Regional Medical Center
• In‑House lab and some surgery with anesthesia in office

Compensation

Minimum: USD 250,000.00/Yr.

Maximum: USD 300,000.00/Yr.
