This physician role involves collaborating with a team of physicians, midwives, and nurse practitioners to deliver personalized, compassionate care. The practice emphasizes an academic approach with regular clinical meetings, pre-op conferences, Journal Clubs, and QA/QI sessions.

The role includes providing routine and high-risk obstetric care, gynecologic services, and participating in minimally invasive and robotic surgeries using access to advanced technology like the da Vinci robot.

Call responsibilities are designed for optimal work-life balance, with options for home or in-house coverage, supported by a dedicated on-call suite. The practice offers access to Level III NICUs, full-spectrum medical care, and in-house anesthesia services.

Qualifications include a medical degree with OB-GYN specialization, current licensure, and strong surgical skills. Essential skills encompass teamwork, evidence-based practice, and excellent patient communication.
