Job summary

OBGYN South is expanding and inviting Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physicians, including 2026/2027 residents, to apply for a full-time position in our faith-based practice. We recently welcomed two physicians and plan further facility expansion to support additional providers.

We offer a robust team of 11 physicians with urogynecology and pelvic pain specialists onsite, a supportive environment guided by faith values, regular mentorship, and a balanced workload.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Valid state medical license in Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN care with a 50/50 obstetrics and gynecology mix.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and collaborative care with urogynecology and pelvic pain specialists.
• Support expansion plans and growth of the practice and facilities.

• Hospital Affiliation Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital, Homewood, AL
  • Level III NICU
  • Brand new breast CT scanner (only one in the state)
  • Designated OB hospitalist to support on-call physicians
  • Rotating clinical staff to assist physicians
  • Block OR time dedicated to practice surgeries
